Yes, one of the greatest zombie games of the previous console generation is getting a sequel. Fans hoped that Naughty Dog might find a way to return to the world of The Last of Us, but the nature of the original game's ending left some to speculate that the developers had said all there was to say about the adventure of Ellie and Joel.
The game hasn't announced it's release date though, hopefully it comes out sooner.
